Introduction: Lucid morinda (L) A medium-sized evergreen tree of the Morinda genus, Benth (M. lucida, Rubiaceae) is a tropical West African rainforest plant that also known as Brimstone tree. In several nations, it utilized in traditional medicine to cure variety human ailments. Phytosomes are freshly developed herbal formulations have superior bioavailability and effects than phyto molecules or botanical extracts because they more readily absorbed. The goals current study were evaluate ethanolic leaf extract M. lucida's phytosomes, vitro antioxidant properties, qualitative quantitative phytochemical analyses, phytosome formation. Methods: cholesterol-containing phospholipids used make phytosome. entrapment efficiency, particle size distribution, optical microscopic research, stability tests, dissolution investigations characterize phytosomes. Alkaloids, glycosides, sterols, phenols, terpenoids, tannins, saponins found by examination. Results: lucida contained 0.721 mg total phenols 0.464 alkaloids per 100 mg.
